 The
band was formed in 1988 by keyboard player and producer Steve
Paine. January 1991 saw the beginning of work on "Light in Extension"
for Pagan Media Ltd. with the original line up of Debbie Chapman
(Vocals) Steve (Keyboards) Paul Thomson (Guitars) Ian Lees (Bass)
and Chris Haskayne (Drums). The release
was delayed until February 1994 and the 1000 copy limited release
sold out in about a month.
Whilst still in the midst of recording Legend began to receive
critical acclaim in the Pagan press in the U.K. and as a result
played a number of Witchcraft and Pagan Festivals.
"Second Sight" was officially released 21st February 1994 and
the immediate response from the press Worldwide was fantastic.
March 1994 saw the band on tour for the first time since 1992,
this time they were supporting label mates Incubus Succubus.
