A Perfect Circle was formed by the
band Tool's frontman, Maynard James Keenan, and guitar tech, Billy
Howerdel. The band consists of Billy Howerdel composing and playing
guitar, Maynard James Keenan writing the words and singing lead
vocals, Paz Lenchantin on bass and violin, Troy Van Leeuwan on
guitar, and Josh Freese on drums.
